Dear Students,  Welcome back! We are delighted to see you all over campus, settling into your new schedules.  The sun is shining and the leaves on the trees are beginning to change and fall. Nature is reminding us of the reality, beauty and challenges faced during times of transition.  Transitions can be hard.  Transitions can be beautiful.  As we all transition into a new school year, new schedules and everything that comes with them, we’d like to remind you that: Feeling homesick, anxious and overwhelmed is normal. This is a HARD change! Whether you are a first year student leaving home for the first time or a senior wondering what exactly happened over the past three years and how you got here, give yourself some space to breathe. Make time for self-care , whether that’s going to a new or favorite restaurant, enjoying nature, journaling or spending time with friends.
